We appreciate it isn't easy knowing for sure how a rug will look from just a website image. So, we have samples available from our most popular ranges that be ordered for a deposit which is refunded when the sample is returned.

Should you make a rug purchase after seeing the sample we will also refund any postage paid for the delivery of the sample and make an additional refund of £5 to cover the cost of the return postage.

And don't worry about missing a promotion by ordering a sample. We can always extend promotion dates for customers with sample orders outstanding to ensure you have time to see the sample in situ.

Sample orders do not count as a "first order" for the HINTNEW promotion.
