Delivery

We aim to have an accurate delivery timescale listed for every design and size. Select the size required and the text will update with the expected delivery timescale.

Standard Delivery is 24-48 hours from dispatch. We will contact you if an item will take longer than the advised timescale to deliver. If the revised delivery timescale is not suitable to you then we will make an immediate refund back to your payment card.

Our primary courier is DHL. We will send the courier tracking as soon as it is generated and there will be the option to amend the delivery date up to a week in advance. Once the driver has their route arranged for the day, they will send a text/email with a 60 minute delivery window.

To shorten delivery time rugs may be despatched directly to you from the manufacturer.

Two-Man Delivery Service

For selected higher value rugs and those 250cm width and over we use a free, but more bespoke, two-man delivery service who will deliver the rug to your room, not just to the doorstep. A Saturday delivery is also available at no extra charge. This service is for mainland UK only and is not generally available on Asiatic, Katherine Carnaby, Louis de Poortere, Romo, or Villa Nova

For selected higher value rugs and those over 250cm width we use a free two-man delivery service who will deliver the rug to your room, not just to the doorstep.

The delivery charge is £15.95 for orders of £750 and below. Delivery is free for orders above £750.

Scottish Highlands and Islands

At present VAT is applied to the order automatically, and we then make a manual refund of the VAT. Alternatively call us and we can arrange to take your order net of VAT.

Ireland, Europe & Rest of the World

Louis de Poortere Orders To EU Countries

Louis de Poortere orders for rugs 200cm x 280cm and larger, for delivery in the EU will be dispatched direct from Belgium. For these orders there will be no duty charges when delivered. UK VAT will still be payable. Delivery time is 3-5 days.

We ship around the World! We regularly send to the US and this year we have also delivered to Japan, Taiwan, New Zealand and Ukraine amongst many others. We mainly use UPS for international deliveries and delivery time is usually 5-7 days from despatch.

There will be an estimate of the delivery charge displayed in your basket but these are changing regularly so please contact us for an accurate delivery cost.

Our prices include UK VAT of 20%. This is not payable on non UK deliveries so we will either refund the VAT portion of the sale price for a website purchase, or we usually send a PayPal invoice for the correct purchase price and delivery charge.

Please be aware that the courier may request a duty payment and handling charge before delivering the rug and these charges are payable by the purchaser. We can provide an indication of the charges on request - simply contact us with with design, size and delivery country.

Please note - we can only deliver Romo or Villa Nova products to the UK and the EU.
