Custom sizes are made to order in 14-18 weeks with a 50% deposit payment on order and the balance when the rug is ready for delivery.

Unsure of the colour? Colours will appear different on every screen so we recommend checking colour and suitability by ordering a sample from the standard size listing for a £15 deposit, refundable when returned.

Made to measure rug orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced and cannot be returned unless delivered damaged or with a manufacturing fault.

Made to measure rugs are hand made so there may be slight deviations in design, colour, and up to +/- 5% in size.
