Sometimes, new vinyl mats or runners might require time to flatten on the floor. To help flatten the rug unroll and lay in the sun or next to a radiator until it has softened. Once warmed place on a cool surface or floor, and as it cools it will clings to the floor. If needed, please allow up to 24 hours to get it completely flat.
