We aim to have an accurate delivery timescale listed on the webpage for the relevant design and size. To shorten delivery time rugs may be despatched directly to you from the manufacturer.

Our primary courier is DHL. We also use a tracked Royal Mail 48 hour service for smaller items. Once the DHL courier has their route arranged for the day they will send a text/email with a 60 minute delivery window.

We will contact you immediately if an item will take longer than the advised timescale to deliver. If the revised delivery timescale is not suitable to you then we will make an immediate refund back to your payment card.

If you would like clarification of the deivery schedule of a particular item please contact us for more information.
