This cushion belongs to the Vanguardias collection, a design by Sandra Figuerola that includes two kilim models with their matching cushions, each with a different colour palette. The Green model tends towards green shades, with certain vibrant touches of red. A colourful proposal with a striking geometric and striped design that is poised to break with prevailing sobriety.

The designer has delved into the different avant-garde movements, from constructivism to futurism and dadaism, to create a proposal with powerful geometry and a vibrant chromatic palette. For the Vanguardias collection, rather than using one of her pictorial techniques, she has worked by prioritizing colour over drawing, seeking harmony among a selection of luminous, energetic, and sophisticated tones.

The idea is that the geometric and colourful proposal of the Vanguardias kilims, while being a very simple and accessible resource, functions as the focal point of a space, like a work of art, generating a great impact both visually and spatially.

At GAN, manufacturing processes are linked to essentially rural communities, and in this way, they support their social and economic development through activities that do not pollute.

GAN products are handcrafted and made from 100% natural or recycled fibres and their manual manufacture may lead to small variations in size or colour with respect to the original design. These variations are not manufacturing defects and do not affect the quality of the product.

The maximum variation in size is 5%, both in width and in length.

The colour applied to natural materials and subjected to different conditions of light, humidity and temperature may suffer alterations compared to the original design. The calibration on a screen may produce differences in colour between the images and the real cushion.

Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause discolouration.
